Loose Ring T-Bar Snaffle

Key Features

The Loose Ring T-Bar cheek piece will prevent pinching on the sides of the mouth, the shortened pins above and below the bit, firstly prevent the bit being pulled through the mouth and secondly aid guiding the horse’s head which is great for schooling purposes.

The Loose Rings allows pressure to be applied slower and released faster.

Our Snaffle is a popular bit due to the curved mouthpiece which distributes pressure more evenly over tongue and bars and reduces the nutcracker action. The offset centre link avoids the usual pressure point on the tongue. The nutcracker action results in the horse lifting its head, therefore offers a solution for the horse that runs with its head down.

Cheekpiece

The Loose Ring T-Bar is a good choice for most ergonomic bridles where traditional Full Cheek pins can be caught under the noseband.

Mouthpiece

The mouthpiece can be optionally extra curved, creating a more comfortable bend  than the conventional, which reduces pinch and spreads pressure points around the bars.
