Loose Ring T-Bar McHardy Link

Key Features

The Loose Ring T-Bar cheek piece will prevent pinching on the sides of the mouth, the shortened pins above and below the bit, firstly prevent the bit being pulled through the mouth and secondly aid guiding the horse’s head which is great for schooling purposes.

The Loose Rings allows pressure to be applied slower and released faster.

The McHardy Link is Bomber’s latest design.  The link in the middle replaces the roller in the McHardy, this allows the mouthpiece to be made in smaller sizes than the McHardy and helps to reduce tongue pressure.  The McHardy Link is shaped to follow the contours of the horse’s mouth.  Designed for horses that can get a little low in the contact.

Cheekpiece

The Loose Ring T-Bar is a good choice for most ergonomic bridles where traditional Full Cheek pins can be caught under the noseband.

Mouthpiece

A horse shaking its head when bit pressure is applied or trying to put  its tongue over the bit are classic signs the horse has a sensitive tongue. With this in mind the McHardy Link was created, it has a medium port creating space for the tongue, relieving pressure. The centre link further reduces tongue pressure as well as allowing smaller widths to be possible.
