Loose Ring Snaffle Link Lock Up

Key Features

The Loose Ring allow for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse’s mouth.

The Lock Up snaffle removes the nut cracker action of the conventional snaffle, meaning no pinch and less pressure on the bars.  This slightly different style of locking up the mouthpiece will allow for a more contoured shape and an even better spread of pressure.

Cheekpiece

Bomber’s preferred cheekpiece. The cheekpiece is available in 3 sizes; large, standard and a slightly smaller model for a pony. Bomber highly recommends using a bit strap on a loose ring, as it stabilizes and minimizes the mouthpiece sliding through the mouth. Consider bit rubbers as a precaution.

Mouthpiece

The mouthpiece can be optionally more curved, creating a more comfortable bend than the conventional, which allows the mouthpiece to follow the shape of the mouth even better.
