Key Features

The Liverpool varies depending on which mouthpiece it is coupled with,
• Solid mouthpieces, the cheekpieces are fixed to the mouthpiece and do not rotate on the vertical.
• Broken, Semi-Broken or flexible mouthpieces, the cheekpieces rotate on the vertical, allowing the mouthpiece to set in the mouth, moving independently from the cheekpiece.
The Swivel mouth piece is not fixed, so that the horse can decide where the mouth piece is most comfortable in its mouth. The port allows for tongue relief and the swivelling action reduces tongue pressure to a minimum.

Mouthpiece

The mouthpiece is fixed between the cheekpieces, offering tongue relief in the form of a port. When used in conjunction with a Liverpool it should fit tightly to eliminate any sideward movement.
