The CT Hackamore offers the softest option, it relieves poll pressure by lifting the poll strap while minimal pressure is applied to the nose and curb.  The noseband is rubber covered while  the curb is an adjustable nylon strap. The shank is curved which allows space for riding with a bradoon.

Care must be taken to set the noseband so that it sits on the bony part of the nose, and not on the soft cartilage.
