France Win The Four Nations Cup - June 2010

Bombers Equestrian Equipment - France Win The Four Nations CupThe weekend of the 5th and 6th of June saw France claim the Four Nations Cup, at“Dop heets Del” in Kootwijkerbroek, Holland. Teams from France, Norway, Germany, Holland all played against each other in sunny Kootwijkerbroek.

Zimbabwean Polocrosse Open 2009Things got off to a start on the Wednesday – well actually preparations for the open got off to a start long before the Wednesday but proceedings for the annual Zim Open 2009 got underway on Wednesday the 9th of September with their meet and greet, black tie ball the traditional gathering of all the players, managers, sponsors, interested spectators and family, as well as honoured guests and the few friends looking for a good party. The setting this year was spectacular the ball was held at the venue as usual however this year they had stepped it up a notch as they always do and we were treated to a fantastic array of drapes and lighting surrounding the main seating area, the tables were covered in flowers and confetti and it definitely was a world class event especially for the polocrosse community.

SA Polocrosse Championships - August 2009

SA club champs our annual tournament to crown the best club teams for the A, B, C and D divisions across the country started on the weekend of the 8th and 9th of August with play running over the 2 days. This year the competition was held at Noodsberg in Natal and saw 32 teams entered with 8 competing in each division play started on the Saturday at 8 am.

Weipe - July 2009

IPT Noodsberg - June 2009

From the 26th to the 28th of June Noodesberg polocrosse and southern natal held the annual Interprovincial Tournament where the top provincial sides from all over south Africa competed for the coveted title of IPT champions.

South Africa vs America U23 - June 2009

On Tuesday the 2nd of June 2009 we welcomed the first ever American u23 side to our shores at the Durban international airport, with the 3 boys (Sam Pohl, Quinton Jameson and Kyle Young )  and 3 girls (Renne Hicks, Caroline Gardiner and Sarah Cifelli) and their coach and manager John Jameson and Allen Hicks the group arrived late Tuesday night from their long flight. On the Wednesday we had them in our shop until eventually we managed to drag them out and up to Estcourt the venue for the first tests.

SA vs Australia U16 in Sale Australia

Over Bomber and Trish went over to Australia in conjunction with the South African junior and senior tours. This saw the juniors play Australia in 3 test matches over the Easter weekend.
